Summary
Intensive In-Home service is a time-limited intensive family preservation intervention intended to stabilize the living arrangement, promote reunification or
prevent the utilization of out-of-home therapeutic resources (i.e., psychiatric hospital, therapeutic foster care, residential treatment facility) for the
identified youth through the age of 20.
Location
Southern Pines Office.
Job Description
Provides and coordinates assessment and reassessment of recipient’s clinical needs.
Develops each youth's Person Centered Plan (PCP).
Implements Parent-Training protocol.
Provides individual and family therapy for each youth served by the team.
Designates appropriate team staff such that specialized clinical expertise is applied.
Provides clinical supervision of all members of the team.
Convenes Child and Family Team for person-centered planning.
Provides and assists with crisis interventions 24/7/365 for families and youth.
Provides case management services for clients enrolled in the program.
Requirements
Graduate of a college or university with a Master’s degree in a clinical human service field and one year of full-time accumulated
mental health experience with children and adolescents. Team leaders must possess and maintain an independent practice license (full, provisional or
associate license) in good standing in the state of North Carolina to diagnose and treat mental health disorders, such as LPC, LCSW, Ph.D., LMFT, LPA.
Bilingual applicants (English/Spanish) are highly desired.
