Cardinal Clinic is a multidisciplinary provider of mental health services, since 1994. Clinical offices are in Fayetteville and Southern Pines, North Carolina.

Levels of care include Outpatient Therapy and Evaluation, Community Support (case management services, skills training, and school-based treatment), Intensive In-Home Services, and Treatment Foster Care services for children and adolescents.

Cardinal Clinic has been awarded CARF Three-Year Accreditation for the following Mental Health Programs:
